Innovation Jam is a unique conference organized by Amazon’s Employer Branding team. Its primary goal was to attract top IT talent in Poland while reinforcing Amazon’s image as a leader in technology and innovation.
I was responsible for designing the complete branding of the conference, including key visual elements for the Innovation Jam brand. The creative direction focused on a modern and dynamic aesthetic, reflecting the innovative nature of the event and appealing to young, talented IT professionals.
The project included:
Logo design, serving as the central element of the visual identity.
Promotional materials (digital and print) in a cohesive and contemporary style.
Social media assets supporting the recruitment campaign.
The result was a cohesive visual identity that highlighted Amazon’s professionalism and stood out in the competitive IT landscape, helping to establish Innovation Jam as a compelling and innovative brand.
